COVID-19 Precautions​

At PrimeCare Consulting, LLC, our patient and staff safety are of utmost importance.
We are updating our practices regularly to maintain compliance with local government agencies and the CDC, with current practices in place:

-Masks are OPTIONAL
​
-Temperature screening

-Symptom screening questions

-A NO VISITORS policy with exceptions of nurse case managers or interpreters

-Scheduling patients to observe social distancing
​
-Sanitizing high contact areas between patients

Screening Questions Include:

1.   Have you or anyone in your household had any of the following symptoms in the last 21 days:
  • sore throat
  • cough
  • chills
  • body aches for unknown reasons
  • shortness of breath for unknown reasons
  • loss of smell or loss of taste
  • fever at or greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit?
  • other: headache, URI symptoms (nasal congestion/drainage)
2.   Have you or anyone in your household been tested for COVID-19? If so, when and why? Results?
3.   Do you have any reason to believe you or anyone in your household has been exposed to or acquired COVID-19?
12.  Do you feel you need to be seen in person at this time, or is there a preference to reschedule or complete a telehealth encounter? ​​​​
